Holy Vale is about 1.5 miles from the main town of Hugh Town on St Mary’s. It will take you about 20 minutes to walk (very scenic!) or just 5 minutes if you are using a Golf Buggy
Where is Honeysuckle Cottage?
There are four ways into Holy Vale, only one of which is suitable with the Golf Buggy. The road way in is from the north as shown on the map from the Maypole road (A3110).
On foot you can approach from the south via the Higher Moors Nature Trail, from the West via Sandy Lane or via the Longstone Cafe footpath through Holy Vale woods.
Honeysuckle Cottage is just off the road as you enter Holy Vale - look out for the fish pond on the right as you drop down the hill.
